There are/were certain accounts that only allowed for webmail access - typically BTYahoo Basic accounts. Has the account only been used via webmail? In other words no other access has been tried like a laptop or other smartphone.Ī few similar issues seem to have been reported recently. I'd be grateful if anyone has any ideas about this?
